In Loving Memory of my friend, Zach Weismann‘s Mom, Michele Garson, an avid Dallas Cowboys’ fan.  We honor Mrs. Garson’s memory and pray for her family this Mothers’ Day and every day that there is no cure for Pancreatic Cancer. – DeSean Jackson, CEO, The DeSean Jackson Foundation.

Zach's Mom

Michele “Q” Garson, proud mother of two boys, loyal caring daughter, and loving wife passed away on September 14, 2014 after a courageous three month battle with pancreatic cancer. A native of Dallas, Texas Michele was the backbone of our family, always bringing people together whether that was through meals and family get togethers, phone calls, or care packages, she was constantly thinking of others. She taught us the true meaning of caring for others, treating others with respect, friendship and love.

One of her many nicknames was “Q”, short for Questioner, because she was always asking questions – wanting to know how you were doing, what you were up to, and everything that was going on in your life, always rooted in love. She put others and their well being first and loved nothing more than being around her family.
We will forever miss Michele but her spirit, her lessons, and her love lives on in all of us so strongly.
