MONROE TWP. — The anti-gang and violence group FED UP with Bullies has changed the date of its talent showcase – to be held at Williamstown Middle School – to June 9.
Initially set for June 8, the show will feature Williamstown Middle and High School students showing off their music, dance or other artistic talents.
FED UP with Bullies is a product of non-profit FED UP 4 U, a group founded by James Cooper of Vineland and aimed at keeping kids off the streets and away from gangs and drugs.
Tickets for the upcoming talent showcase cost $8 in advance and $10 at the door.
Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 7:30.
Cooper said the event is a fun way to help show kids that bullying should not be tolerated, and to focus youth energy on developing their talents.
