DeSean Jackson Foundation: Purple Awareness Campaign – East TN Crusaders

The DeSean Jackson Foundation is honored to have the support of the East TN Crusaders, a group of young men, ages 8-16, who are a faith-based travel baseball team whose mission is, “To develop Christ centered young men for life through baseball”. The group pledged their support towards raising Pancreatic Cancer Awareness in memory of, William “Bill” Jackson, DeSean’s father who died from Pancreatic Cancer in 2009 when DeSean was a rookie with the Philadelphia Eagles. The East TN Crusaders’ mission aligns with Jackson’s advocacy model that empowers youth to ‘Be the Change You Want to See in the World‘.
